Terms of Use

By using the services of Painless Moving, you agree to the following terms. All estimates are based on the information you provide at the time of booking, and final charges may vary depending on the actual time, labor, distance, and services required. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled move; late cancellations may be subject to fees.

For safety reasons, hazardous materials, perishables, firearms, and illegal items cannot be transported. While our team takes every precaution to handle your belongings with care, Painless Moving is not responsible for damage to items that were not properly packed by the customer, for normal wear and tear during transport, or for any issues resulting from customer-disassembled furniture. This includes missing hardware, reassembly, or damage caused by disassembly performed by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe conditions are present, or if there is a violation of company policies. By booking with Painless Moving, you acknowledge and accept these terms, which are in place to protect both our customers and our team.
